We are looking at hiring an Oracle EBS Financial Reporting Expert (Business Analyst/Senior Business Analyst) for our Enterprise Analytics team based out of Dubai

Role Summary

Oracle Financials Business Analysts with deep functional knowledge of Oracle EBS Applications and technical level familiarity with the underlying database tables for the EBS Finance modules such as (GL, AP, AR, CM, FA). Responsible for the BI engagement within the new implementation of Hybrid Program. Responsible for reviewing the assigned business processes end-to-end to identify and to address functional and technological risks.

Roles & Responsibilities

• This role demands to identify opportunities to improve efficiency by partnering closely with the business users and be responsible for providing day to day support.
• Expected to drive detailed business requirement gathering and the changes required for all the designated BI projects within Finance domain.
• Collaborate with ES Finance team to build cross functional reporting capabilities.
• Responsible for expanding the EBS Knowledge Base from the BI standpoint.
• Experience of managing process mapping for financial processes
• Provide inputs on implementing best practices on solution design and governance.
• Experience in Design and documenting custom functional solutions for Finance business challenges
• Guide and track development team on SIT and Stress testing.
• Analyze data and come up with the solutions (using available tools).
• Fit/Gap analysis for any orphaned legacy data

Knowledge & Experience:

• Experience of at least two end-to-end implementations of Oracle EBS.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.

Good to have

• Should have knowledge on Jira tool and should be aware of Agile Methodologies.
• Data Analysis and Reporting
• Knowledge of data architecture in AWS / Azure

Must have

• Exposure to Retail industry preferred and knowledge of retail business drivers.
• Experience across all the Oracle eBusiness Suite Financials modules – General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management (CM), and Fixed Assets (FA).
