Hiring Techcarrot Dubai is looking for Oracle CX Techno Functional Resource for OFFSHORE

Oracle CX -Techno Functional with Service Cloud and OPA Experience.

Location: Dubai (Onsite preferred) else offshore

• Experience in implementing Oracle CX applications viz., Oracle Sales Cloud, Oracle Service Cloud Oracle Marketing Cloud (Eloqua).
• Opportunity Management, Contract Management, Sales Quotes and Leads
• Data migration from Other CRM product to Oracle Sales Cloud
• Mobile and Outlook Integration
• Fusion CRM BI Dashboards, OTBI Analytics Cloud
• Groovy scripting and object customization
• Configuration and customization of Oracle Service Cloud – Right Now Integration with third party apps, Integration experience leveraging SOAP/REST APIs in the context of Oracle Service Cloud.
• Experience in PHP .NET, JavaScript, HTML and CSS. Strong Customer portal design knowledge is required.
• Ability to write and execute ROQL queries
• Experience in integration with other Oracle non-cloud applications – REST and SOAP Services
• Good knowledge on Oracle Property Manager
