Operations Supervisor Vacancy

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing and controlling performance, cost and Capacity of third party logistics, 3pl and at least 7 to 10 years of experience
• Monitor and analyze customer experience and delivery performance, maintain and develops KPIs and SLAs within 3pl
• Optimizing the 3PLs first and middle delivery network and improving speed to our customer through various initiatives
• Contribute to contract negotiation with our external fulfillment partners
