Hiring Operations Supervisor – AHTS

Location – Dubai

We are urgently looking for a Chief Officer sailed on offshore vessels for an Operations Supervisor role in Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing operational and technical management of AHTS, DP1 , DP2 (over 100 BP tons).

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage anchor handling and towing operations; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Supervise fleet maintenance, uphold technical integrity, and troubleshoot remotely.
• Enforce adherence to maritime laws, manage operational records, and coordinate audits.
• Serve as liaison between offshore teams and corporate management; provide concise performance reports.

Qualifications:

• Chief Mate Certificate of Competency is must however Master COC is desirable.
• 3+ years of sea service experience.

Previous shore job of handling of AHTS will be an advantage
