Hiring Operations Supervisor 

Requirements:

• Applicants must be available inside UAE for immediate joining.
• UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Up to 3 yrs. experience in Inland Rail Terminals / CFS / Ports / Empty depots.
• Basic Computer Knowledge

Job Description:

• Assist the Shift Manager operations in operation planning and execution.
• Optimum utilization of the equipment’s/manpower for the rake/yard operation. 
• Movement of containers from terminals/ports in time as planned.
• Inward rake positions are tracked through system for timely updating to Management.
• Ensure Advance planning letters and memos for rake placement, loading intimation, un-loading completion, removal of rake.
• Ensure Advance Information is communicated to stevedores, RST operators for smooth and timely loading / unloading operations. 
• Supervising yard operation for stacking of containers, timely movement of containers, survey of containers, repairing of damaged containers by Repair & Maintenance vendor.
• Ensure Correct Inventory of the containers at yard are maintained on daily basis and reports to be sent. 
• Ensuring that the CHE (Container Handling Equipment) maintained properly without hampering daily operation, in co-ordination with contractors on daily basis.
