Hiring Operations Supervisor for Imepress Express Abu Dhabi branch!

Job Location: Musaffa, Abudhabi

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Managing daily routes/schedules of shipments and deliveries.
• Communicating with customers to answer questions about their orders or shipping status. Monitoring inventory levels to ensure that all items are stocked, and orders are fulfilled.
• Ensuring that clients’ orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner. Reviewing reports generated by automated systems to identify potential problems or bottlenecks in fulfilment processes.
• Responsible for order processing, fulfilment (including picking & packing), warehouse operations, inventory and order tracking, quality control and shipping preparation.
• Prepare necessary SOP’s for fulfilment processes. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Provide clear direction and general guidance to the department in the formulation and implementation of procedures and ensures that these are translated and enforced into action to meet company operation goal. Manage and provide weekly reports.
• Developing efficient driver schedules to maximize profits.
• Utilizing GPS systems to monitor drivers and track vehicles.
• Plan and prepare annual budget, expenditures and analyze all financial objectives.

Desired Candidate profile:

• Minimum 2 years experience as operation supervisor in delivery/courier.
• UAE driving license will be a plus.
• Candidate with good leadership skills, communication skills required.
• Good knowledge of the locations and routes in Abudhabi is a must.
• Immediate joiner required.
