Job overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team at Luton Vacation Homes. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our holiday homes, ensuring a seamless guest experience and maintaining the highest standards of property management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of holiday homes, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest communications.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure properties are impeccably clean, well-maintained, and guest-ready.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, guest information, and property status.
- Implement and improve operational procedures to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the reservations team to optimize occupancy rates and revenue.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the holiday homes or hospitality industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
