Hiring: Operations Representative

Responsibilities:

LP Files and RTA File Renewals Monitoring:

Track and manage the renewal process for license permit (LP) files.

Ensure compliance with regulations while monitoring the renewal of Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) files.

Customer Support and Follow-ups:

• Provide prompt and efficient customer support to address inquiries and resolve issues.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive follow-ups and issue resolution.

Training Schedule Booking and Rescheduling:

• Manage the booking and rescheduling of training schedules for clients.
• Collaborate with instructors and clients to facilitate smooth scheduling processes.

Transportation Support:

• Assist in coordinating transportation arrangements for clients and instructors.
• Ensure timely transportation services are provided as per requirements.

Internal Assessment and RTA Test Booking Arrangements:

• Arrange internal assessments for clients according to schedule.
• Coordinate RTA test bookings, ensuring all necessary arrangements are in place.

Requirements:

• Must have knowledge of the UAE Driving School Industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and basic computer applications.
• Familiarity with driving school operations and RTA regulations is advantageous.
