Description:

We are looking for a bright Internal Operations Officer candidate to manage all the internal sales works related to customers and our outdoor sales force.

Responsibilities

• Manage all the internal sales work related to customer registration, sales quotation, sales order process, deliveries, and payments.
• Support the sales team and collaborate with them effectively.
• Handle customer complaints and other enquiries.
• Ensure that files are organized, and records are updated regularly.
• Record the confirmed payments in system and follow up for the pending collection.
• Ensure that legal policies, necessary approvals, and procedures are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or equivalent in related fields.
• Min Experience from 1-3 years.
• Good communication skills.
• Good command in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge of Business.
