This is an engagement through a Hybrid Workforce Solutions (HWS) Team. This team is a global group of professionals supporting the hiring company’s business, with members located all over the world.
Work/ Project Scope:
Communications Strategy:
- Create and implement a comprehensive communications strategy that promotes culture-building efforts within the team.
- Facilitate cross-pollination of information and best practices across different teams and departments to enhance collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Roadmapping and Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and maintain roadmaps that align with business goals and objectives.
- Drive strategic initiatives by translating business needs into actionable plans and overseeing execution.
Operational Cadences:
- Establish and operationalize meeting and reporting cadences that align with leadership priorities, ensuring timely updates and accountability.
- Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to assess progress and drive continuous improvement.
Process Improvement:
- Analyze existing operational processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement streamlined solutions that enhance productivity and effectiveness.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging team members to contribute ideas and participate in process refinement.
Must Haves (Required Skills):
- Proven experience in creating and executing communication strategies that foster culture-building and effective cross-functional information sharing.
- Ability to collaborate with leadership to develop strategic roadmaps that align with business goals, and to translate objectives into clear, actionable plans.
- Skilled in setting up and maintaining meeting and reporting cadences that support leadership priorities, while ensuring accountability and transparency.
- Strong capability in tracking KPIs and performance metrics to assess progress, support decision-making, and drive continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated success in analyzing and refining operational processes to improve team productivity, efficiency, and overall effectiveness.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work seamlessly across teams and departments to promote alignment, knowledge sharing, and cohesive execution.
