An established healthcare organization in Dubai is seeking a highly experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in healthcare operations within the UAE. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day functioning of the healthcare facility and ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant operational processes.
This role requires a dynamic leader who can manage teams effectively, maintain regulatory compliance, and optimize operational performance across various departments. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in UAE healthcare systems and a solid understanding of regulatory frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily healthcare facility operations to ensure smooth workflow and service delivery
