Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily service operations, ensuring smooth scheduling, adherence to quality standards, and on-time completion.
- Implement industry-leading practices to optimize efficiency and elevate service quality.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams on project costing, contract renewals, and technical support.
- Monitor resource utilization and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Champion a safe work environment, driving operational and HSE standards.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, customers, and suppliers.
- Take charge of P&L, budgeting, and cost control.
- Support team members’ growth through training and skill development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Agriculture, or a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, ideally within environmental services or public health.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and financial management skills.
- Proven track record in implementing best practices and driving continuous improvement.
- Language Proficiency:
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
