Description
We are on the lookout for a diligent Operations Coordinator to be a part of our team in the Healthcare, Hospitals, and Social Assistance industry. This position, based in Greenville, South Carolina, will offer the chosen candidate a short-term contract employment opportunity in a remote work environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the efficient processing of customer credit applications
- Ensure accurate maintenance of customer credit records
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Monitor customer accounts and undertake necessary actions
- Utilize CRM to manage customer relationships and data effectively
- Employ ERP – Enterprise Resource Planning for efficient business process management
- Handle auditing tasks to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Process checks in a timely and accurate manner
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience with ADP – Financial Services is required.
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools is essential.
- Demonstrated ability in Data Processing is necessary.
- Knowledge and experience with Epic Software is expected.
- Familiarity with ERP – Enterprise Resource Planning is essential.
- Experience with About Time software is a plus.
- Auditing skills are required for this role.
- Experience in Check Processing is necessary.
- Strong Communication skills are expected for this role.
- Compliance with healthcare policies and regulations is mandatory.
