Hiring Operations Coordinator – Freight Forwarding

We’re Hiring candidate for the role of Operations Coordinator in freight forwarding to be based in Sajaa office. Could it be you?

Key Responsibilities:

• Acting as the main driver freight forwarding operations, devoting considerable time identifying and securing.
• Ensure customer enquiries are promptly replied to, provide first-line support to customers for queries and act proactively to find alternative solutions as required
• Confirm that Job files with relevant costing/quotes etc. are promptly passed to Customer for shipment execution.
• Preparing quotation as per the customer requirement
• Expert in SI summation, documentation, coordination with shipping line, Air lines and sub agents.
• Coordination with customers for smooth operations
• Good knowledge of customs clearance, Export declarations, VAT exit
• Data management

What We’re Looking For:

• Graduate, University degree
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar industry, ideally within the UAE.
