We’re looking to hire an Operations Coordinator in UAE with minimum 2 years of experience to join our team in Holford Middle East.

• Schedule and oversee routine maintenance tasks, such as PPM.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, inventory levels, and facility inspections. Organize documentation for easy retrieval.
• Collect feedback from clients to assess their satisfaction with services.
• Communicate with other staff, such as maintenance technicians, to coordinate tasks and assignments for the day.
• Review and prioritize work orders submitted by employees or generated from previous inspections. Assign tasks to maintenance staff or contractors as needed.
