You bring operational rigor, an eye for detail, and strong communication skills. You’ll collaborate with fulfillment partners, carriers, supply-chain colleagues and customer experience teams — and must be flexible to support weekend coverage when required.
Position Summary & Schedule
This full-time, remote role supports Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and B2B fulfillment and operations. The position requires coverage on a Tuesday–Saturday schedule (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM ET) to align with peak business needs and cross-functional teams.
Role Responsibilities — DTC:
- Perform daily fraud screening and flag orders for secondary verification prior to release.
- Manage e-commerce, fraud and payment gateway systems (experience with Magento, Kount, Authorize.net, PayPal preferred).
- Troubleshoot fulfillment and shipping issues and coordinate closely with 3PL vendors.
- Support the Customer Experience team by triaging system issues and escalating appropriately.
- Ensure orders are fulfilled and tracking information is posted to systems in a timely manner.
- Handle order exceptions, returns, chargebacks and related documentation.
- Liaise with card processing teams on account specifics and process chargeback submissions.
- Learn and support tasks across B2B and retail channels when needed.
Role Responsibilities — B2B:
- Work with fulfillment centers to resolve shipping and fulfillment discrepancies.
- Review and release verified B2B orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with Business Services / Business Development on escalated shipping concerns.
- Investigate order errors, returns and chargebacks and ensure corrective actions are taken.
- Triage new operational projects and issues internally before escalating to development teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2–5 years of operations experience with demonstrated technical, systems-oriented skills.
- Familiarity with e-commerce operational needs (fulfillment, shipping, customer service and UX).
- Experience with platforms/tools such as Kount, Magento, Shopify, Skubana or Salesforce is a plus.
- Strong organization, time management, process orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Experience documenting functional requirements and supporting e-commerce projects.
- Ability to manage multiple projects to tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
- Willingness to travel in-state or out-of-state for on-site audits and 3PL visits when required.
- Flexible mindset to provide after-hours or weekend coverage as business needs demand.

Experience & Qualifications:
- Preferred: 3 years of relevant data/operations experience (or 2–5 years as stated above).

Salary Range
$60,000 – $65,000 USD (base annual salary; total compensation may include bonus eligibility and other benefits)
