We are seeking a dedicated Operations Associate/Fleet Coordinator to join our team

As an Operations Associate/Fleet Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor riders/drivers on the field.
  • Be the constant bridge between riders/aggregators and the company.
  • Efficient communication on all channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and enhance operational processes.
  • Create daily reports and update operations manager.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, and update operations manager to ensure timely maneuver.
  • Process and track riders issues in real time and ensure timely resolution.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies and initiatives.
  • Handle rider inquiries and concerns related to operations, providing exceptional service.
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for cost savings.
  • Help in the creation and maintenance of documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Participate in the training of new team members on operational procedures and protocols.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Language: English, Urdu/Hindi[any other language is a plus]
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Quick Learner
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset and the ability to make effective decisions under pressure.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools is an advantage.
