Operations and Admin Coordinator
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in UAE
- Experienced in preparing monthly workers timesheets and arrangement of various gate passes, visa and medical insurance application, etc.
- Excellent knowledge of UAE labor laws
- Solid verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills for client and staff coordination in the site.
- Ability to work and perform with minimum supervision
- Can work under pressure
- Excellent Administrative Skills and documentation
- Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and etc.)
- Must be UAE based and willing to work in Abu Dhabi City
