Operations and Admin Coordinator

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in UAE
  • Experienced in preparing monthly workers timesheets and arrangement of various gate passes, visa and medical insurance application, etc.
  • Excellent knowledge of UAE labor laws
  • Solid verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills for client and staff coordination in the site.
  • Ability to work and perform with minimum supervision
  • Can work under pressure
  • Excellent Administrative Skills and documentation
  • Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and etc.) 
  • Must be UAE based and willing to work in Abu Dhabi City
