Hiring Operation Specialist/Home Finance

Location: Dubai

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare Arabic Letter as per the transaction i.e. Ijara letter Or Mortgage contract.
• Execute the mortgage registration &Transfer to lien mark the properties on the bank name in Dubai Land Department, Sharjah Land Department, Ajman Land Department, Abu Dhabi Municipality &Private Developers of Abu Dhabi.
• Execute assignment agreement with the developers such as Emaar, Nshama, Damac, Union Properties, Dubai Properties &Meydan Sobha to name of few in Off Plans cases.
• Follow up with the all off plan listed developer to make sure if any payment due from the bank side.
• Contact the customer in order to complete the transaction.
• Follow up &collections of the title document along with the release letter to developer and DLD.
• Liaise with the business and Legal if any new process and documents required by developers.
• Collaborate with internal &external auditors for effectively implementing audit recommendations and obtaining positive audit results
• Settlement of Repossessed, Auctioned and Deceased cases properties with the stake holder approval as per delegation of authority (DOA)
• Handling Branch, Collections, Sales &Customer queries related to Home Finance and provide fruitful solution on the basis of product knowledge.
• Review the Standard operating procedures (SOP) and Service Level Agreement (SLA) and make the necessary amendments to stream line the process flow to be more productive and efficient in line with Ops risk.
