Job Profile:

• Oversee and manage operations across multiple countries ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Coordinate international shipments and develop and implement strategies to optimize the supply chain and logistics processes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees across different countries.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
• Identify new market opportunities and partnerships to expand the company’s global presence.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
• Collaborate with the Company Director to develop and implement business strategies.
• Propose and drive innovative ideas to improve business operations and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
• Handle various ad-hoc tasks as required by the Company Director.
• Provide administrative and strategic support to the Company Director.
• Ensure timely and effective completion of assigned projects.
