Position: Operation Manager (Cash Services)
The ideal candidate must build & manage a team of cash services, Cash in Transit (CIT) & ATM Operations. Make sure to demonstrate managerial experience in an operational environment – requiring on time, on quality, on cost, delivery of service, and be able to accept responsibility & make decisions appropriate to the level of role. While improving the organization’s market position and ultimately achieving financial growth.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Cash services or related roles with minimum 5 years in Managerial position in UAE.
- Prepare implement Operational policies, Procedures & Protocols FO ensure the Operational delivery & security of clients.
- Proven experience in Managing CIT & ATM Operations.
- Ability to analyze complex security data & provide actionable recommendations.
- Bachelor Degree holder in Business Management or related field.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Multi language, Experience of working with multi culture teams.
- With valid UAE Driving license
