We are hhiring for our client, a Leading FinTech in UAE for the role of Operation Executive
LOCATION: Dubai
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the financial services
JOB ROLE:
The Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and smooth execution of all processes. This role involves managing operational workflows, coordinating between departments, and implementing strategies to enhance operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicating with executives and upper management regularly
- Overlooking the daily functions of the business
- Suggesting improvements needed in different operations
- Maintaining a healthy relationship with suppliers and stakeholders
- Making sure the compliance with laws and regulations
- Ensuring Client Request & Complaints are handled within the TAT.
- Ensure all operations comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Work closely with the compliance and risk management teams to identify and mitigate operational risks.
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of operational processes, risk management, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage and optimize resources effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using operational management tools and software.
- High ethical standards and integrity.
- Very good understanding of documentation related to lending
- Experience of working on the lending business with a Bank, NBFC or a platform (mandatory)
- Excellent understanding of handling transaction settlement
- Proficient in MS Excel and the ability to prepare MIS and reports as required
