Hiring Operation Associate (6 Months)
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our Supply Chain Management (SCM) team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative and system-related tasks for our SCM customers, ensuring operational excellence while managing both internal and external customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Ensure assigned tasks are completed diligently and error-free.
- Meet tight timelines for document submission.
- Monitor and ensure agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for documentation are met.
- Adopt a customer-centric attitude and focus on enhancing the customer experience.
- Possess effective and clear communication skills.
- Demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills.
- Maintain a full overview and strong coordinating and follow-up skills across multiple stakeholders.
- Exhibit proactive and time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Skilled in working with Outlook and MS Teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal).
- Salary: AED 5,000 p.m
- Must be available to join immediately
- Candidates with their own visa or dependent visa preferred.
