Hiring Onsite Service Technician – MPS large enterprise printing

Job Summary.

The role’s primary function is to reliably and efficiently respond to and resolve MPS onsite support calls and installation tasks. The role entails exposure to MPS large enterprise printing environments.

Main Duties.

• Provide outstanding service to our MPS clients. Manage calls and resolve issues following the customer’s SLA agreement to manage customer relations and optimize customer satisfaction.
• Leverage training experience and specialized training in electromechanical equipment and advanced troubleshooting to perform repairs and maintenance on the MPS environment.
• Perform a full range of maintenance on assigned products; including technical diagnostics, print management software installation, removal, retrofit, and utilization of remote resolution software.
• Take responsibility for customer satisfaction by serving as the primary customer contact, providing all maintenance, and managing AR and supply inventories of assigned equipment.
• Deliver customer training on assigned products to improve end-user knowledge of equipment functionality

Skills and Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer engineering field, including the ability to use a multi-meter to troubleshoot electrical circuits and read and comprehend electrical schematics to troubleshoot systems properly.
• Knowledge of Computers, networks, color theory, and relevant software application skills.
• Experience with Konica Minolta/Develop office products is preferred.
• Excellent customer-facing, communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
• Strong analytical, logical, and troubleshooting skills.
• This highly active position requires walking, standing, squatting, bending, and driving for over 50% of the workday. Safety is our top priority, especially near electrical components.
• Valid UAE driving license.
