Hiring Online Operator

As a global leading destination management company in Dubai (DMC) we are looking for Online Operators

• Italian and English Speaking
• Experience in travel industry operations, having exposure in hotel bookings, reservation, holidays, tour package, pricing, contracting, supplier reconfirmation etc.
• Should have a knowledge of handling back office system
• Excellent communication skills
• Client handling skills
• The person will be responsible for generating insights of travels bookings and operations right from gathering information from client, gathering rates from suppliers, make costings, make booking for stay/transports/safari. Handling all trips operations
• Generate reports of all the booking reconfirmations done, and share the same with in their prescribed format
