We’re Hiring: Online Marketing Director – Dubai

If you’re passionate about branding, e-commerce, and performance marketing, this role is for you!

About the Role:

• Oversee digital marketing across social media, email, content marketing, and e-commerce
• Develop and execute high-impact marketing campaigns
• Optimize digital funnels for customer acquisition & conversion
• Lead and mentor a creative digital marketing team
• Manage budgets and analyze market trends & performance data

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of digital marketing experience, focusing on e-commerce and lifestyle brands.
• Expertise in SEO, SEM, content strategy & performance marketing
• Strong knowledge of UAE’s digital landscape & consumer behavior
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, CRM, and marketing automation tools
• Proficiency in social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, Google, TikTok, etc.
• Fluent in English & Arabic (Chinese is a plus, but not required)
