Ron Facility Management a well established dorganization is looking to hire young and energetic individual to lead our maintenance team

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Architecural / civil engineering
• The Candidiate must have a minimum 3 to 5 years of UAE experience
• Coordinate ad direct the planning and maintenance of building equipment and other facilities by applying the best practice facilities management to deliver a business focus built environment
• Experience in supervising the technical team
• Have indepth knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, ventilation, air condition and civil works
• You will be responsible for managing all our company projects installation, repair, and upkeep operations
• Maintaining, planning repair activities and developing, maintenance procedure (planning plumbing HVAC, electrical work, masonry and interior fit outs)
• Good Knowledge of joinery and fitout works
