Hiring Office Staff with Multiple Roles

Location: Sharjah

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of experience in any Money Exchange company

Availability: Candidates must be available in UAE and can join immediately

Preferable: UAE driving license

We are seeking a versatile Office Staff capable of handling multiple roles within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, filing documents, and scheduling appointments.
  • Supporting Management: Assist management with various tasks as needed, including preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and performing other administrative duties.
  • Data Entry and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of transactions, customer information, and other relevant data using computerized systems.
  • Responsible for organizing face-to-face meetings with clients at their office to facilitate the completion of various business-related documentation processes.
  • Other Duties as Assigned: Willingness to adapt and take on additional responsibilities as required by the organization.
