Description:

Hiring Office Fit out Project Manager for 6-8 month project in Dubai.

Must be available to start immediately. Must have experience of office fit outs and must already be based in Dubai.

About the role:

• Manage fit out works that will be taking place across various offices and facilities within Dubai office block in central Dubai.
• Manage multiple contractors – control schedules, status meetings, coordination with design teams and contractors.
• Reporting directly to senior management.
• Working Monday to Saturday. Sunday and public holidays off.

About you:

• Dubai based with own working visa.
• Experienced project manager with fit out experience, 8 years minimum.
• Ability to read and interpret shop and office drawings.
• Good knowledge on substrates and finishes.
• Solution driven with excellent knowledge of local building codes and procedures.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety practices.
• PMP qualified or equivalent.
• Good English communication skills. Other languages is an added advantage.
