Looking for an Office Assistant in a factory in Sharjah, UAE
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- Provide administrative support for office systems and ERP (preferably SAP).
- Manage system records, data entry, and report generation.
- Assist with ERP queries and ensure accurate data in the system.
- Handle office documentation, filing, and scheduling.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role (preferred)
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) for reporting purposes.
- Communication – English and Hindi Mandatory
- Freshers with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.
