As an Office Assistant, you will play an integral role in supporting our daily operations and contribute to the comprehensive health and behavioral services we offer.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the coordination of office activities to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Respond to phone inquiries, assist visitors, and address client needs promptly.
- Provide essential administrative support to program staff, including schedule coordination and reminder communications.
- Maintain inventory levels of office supplies, ensuring timely replenishment.
- Prepare and submit expense reports and manage departmental mail for our Boston location.
- Assist in organizing community outreach events and health education initiatives.
- Undertake additional tasks as required to support team objectives and program goals.
Required Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational capabilities with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems is advantageous.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role is essential.
- A deep understanding of Native American cultures and traditions is preferred.
