Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily office operations and administrative functions
- Coordinate and execute procurement activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively
- Provide high-level administrative support to executive team members
- Organize and maintain office systems, including file management and database upkeep
- Assist in budget preparation and financial record-keeping
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and events as needed
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and other external partners
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures
- Supervise and train administrative staff as required
