Description:

We are looking for an experienced Office and Customer Support Manager for a factory located in KEZAD in Abu Dhabi.

This is a full-time on-site role for an Office and Customer Support Manager. The Office and Customer Support Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, managing customer support and satisfaction, analyzing data and reports, providing technical support when necessary, and ensuring smooth and efficient customer service processes.

Responsibilities;

  • Preparing PO, delivery notes and other commercial/procurement related documentation
  • In-depth understanding of UAE labour laws and regulations
  • Acting as first point-of-contact, as a liaison between the team, clients, and suppliers
  • HR management experience in employment contracts and visa proceedings
  • Updating employee records, attendance, and performance evaluations
  • Maintaining inventory reports on a daily/weekly basis
  • Handling account filings and documentation for payment processing
  • Microsoft Office and fluent English proficiency required
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

 Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role in the UAE
  • Admin & Finance Experience 3 years in the UAE
  • Experience with making PO’s, delivery notes etc
  • Experience in HR such as employment contracts, visa’s, etc
  • Needs to have a valid UAE Driving License and must be able to commute to Kizad
  • Needs to speak Hindi (in order to communicate well with the team members)

 Salary:

  • 6000AED – 9000 AED depending on qualifications and experience
