Hiring Office Administration to join Immediately

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be in charge of the efficiency of daily office operations. From scheduling client meetings to communicating between departments, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner. Oversee all the activity that goes on within an office, ensuring that Policy and procedures are applied smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the reception area and staff to ensure effective communication both internally and externally.
  • Provide office guests with a hospitable experience.
  • Supervise the maintenance of office areas, equipment, and facilities.
  • Interact with IT, phone, and building personnel as needed.
  • Track Shipments and record assets in Egypt and Dubai offices.
  • Answerable for Food catering for guests and events if needed.
  • Handle the pre-interview process alongside the HR (Welcoming Candidates, applications, tests …Etc.).
  • Coordinate office documents (Drafts, formats, database record, prints, photocopies as needed).
  • Interact with directors and carry out their requests.
  • Coordinate activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy.
  • Assist in the purchasing process and invoicing process alongside the finance.
  • Responsible for monitoring office girls/boys to maintain a clean workplace.

Requirements:

  • A 1-2 year minimum in the same position as office administration or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and google sheets.
  • October, Haram, Giza residents is MUST
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English language.
  • Females are preferred.
  • Media Field knowledge is a plus.
  • Using an ERP system is a plus.
  • Presentable
  • Advanced problem-solving skills.
  • Time management and organization skills.
  • Multitasking skill.
  • Great attention to detail.
