Office Administrator Secretary (Female)
Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree with more than 3 years of experience in handling technical documents/contract documents. Preferred, if having Experience as Document Controller.
Perform general clerical and administrative duties including, typing of various forms, Data entries according to the as and when requirement, documents and letters, filing, receiving and distributing departmental mail, answering telephone calls and taking messages, keeping stationery, attending on department guests, receiving and stamping invoices and delivering for settlement upon approval by the Supervisors.
Good exposure to computer applications such as MS Word, Excel & Power Point.
Knowledge in Arabic (Reading & typing) will be an added advantage.
