Hiring an Office Administrator for a startup company in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering, screening and forwarding any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
  • Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, purchase orders, invoices, account statements etc.
  • Prepare and monitor invoices and book-keeping.
  • Provide assistance to walk-in visitors, suppliers and sub-contractors.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the similar role.
  • Ability to converse, read and write in fluent English.
