Hiring an Office Administrator for a startup company in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering, screening and forwarding any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
- Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, purchase orders, invoices, account statements etc.
- Prepare and monitor invoices and book-keeping.
- Provide assistance to walk-in visitors, suppliers and sub-contractors.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in the similar role.
