The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of our office, ensuring a smooth and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Management: Oversee and manage daily office operations. Ensure the office is well-maintained, organized, and equipped with necessary supplies.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team and other staff members. Handle correspondence, schedule appointments, and manage calendars.
  • Reception Duties: Greet visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner. Answer and direct phone calls, and handle general inquiries.
  • Document Management: Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents. Ensure compliance with company policies regarding documentation and confidentiality.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory. Place orders for supplies and ensure timely delivery.
  • Vendor Management: Liaise with vendors and service providers. Ensure all office-related services are delivered promptly and efficiently.
  • HR Support: Assist the HR department with onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and organizing training sessions.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in office administration or a related role. Experience in the finance or consulting industry is a plus.
