Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate day-to-day office operations.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
- Assist in Human Resources tasks such as employee onboarding and record-keeping.
- Handle basic financial and bookkeeping tasks.
Requirements:
