Job Description:

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
  • Responsible for accounts and finance management.
  • Support budgeting procedures
  • Create and update records, financial and other data.
  • Submit timely reports and SOA
  • Skills and experience
  • Minimum of 2 years UAE experience as an Office Administrator.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
