We are currently hiring for an Office Administrator with minimum of 3 years’ experience working in UAE. The ideal candidate should be based in Dubai and willing to join immediately. Preferred candidates with telemarketing experience or educational background in marketing.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls and provide information about products and services as required by the callers
  • Responsible for taking orders, cancellations and collecting payments
  • Keep record of details of customer complaints, inquiries, and comments
  • Job scheduling for team members 
  • Establish and monitor the standards for customer service in the company
  • Encourage and motivate team members for continuance of quality service delivery

  • Proficient in MS Office & Outlook to email clients to send Quotations & Contracts
  • Excellent in Handling Customer Calls & Email Enquiries.
