We are currently hiring for an Office Administrator with minimum of 3 years’ experience working in UAE. The ideal candidate should be based in Dubai and willing to join immediately. Preferred candidates with telemarketing experience or educational background in marketing.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and provide information about products and services as required by the callers
- Responsible for taking orders, cancellations and collecting payments
- Keep record of details of customer complaints, inquiries, and comments
- Job scheduling for team members
- Establish and monitor the standards for customer service in the company
- Encourage and motivate team members for continuance of quality service delivery
