About Us:
Alliance Events is a leading event production and rental company, providing high-quality AV, staging, lighting, and full event solutions in the UAE and KSA. We are looking for a proactive Office Administrator to support our daily operations and assist with event coordination.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations, supplies, and general administration.
- Assist in scheduling, emails, and document organization.
- Support event coordination, logistics, and vendor communication.
- Handle invoices, petty cash, and expense tracking.
- Maintain employee records and assist with HR processes.
- Ensure smooth communication with clients and suppliers.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative role (events industry preferred).
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Based in Dubai, with flexibility for occasional travel if required.
