Description:

We are looking for an UAE experienced Female Office Administrator who can join immediately. Job description as follows:

  • Answer phone, screen and direct calls/ take and relay messages/ provide information from the caller.
  • General administrative and clerical works
  • Prepare letters and documents
  • Schedule appointments for the Management
  • Check the cleanliness in the office premises.
  • Maintain and keep record of the office supplies and pantry supplies

Assist HR Manager

  • Coordinate with candidates for interviews and send Invitations
  • Schedule meeting and interviews for the Managements.
  • Monitor the attendance of the employees.
