We are looking for an UAE experienced Female Office Administrator who can join immediately. Job description as follows:
- Answer phone, screen and direct calls/ take and relay messages/ provide information from the caller.
- General administrative and clerical works
- Prepare letters and documents
- Schedule appointments for the Management
- Check the cleanliness in the office premises.
- Maintain and keep record of the office supplies and pantry supplies
