Hiring Female Office Admin (Filipino) required for a real estate brokerage company.

Job Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Applicant should have real estate admin experience in Dubai
- Applicant should have excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Applicant should have perfect knowledge of property documents
- Applicant should know how to use Tarakheesi System
- Applicant should know all documentation procedures when leasing or selling a property
- Applicant should know how to use the Dubai REST application
- He/She should know how to draft and prepare MoU Form F, Sale & Rent Agreement, NOC and all other forms and documents related to property
- Applicant should be familiar with property listing platforms which includes Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder and myCRM
- Applicant should maintain and organize all records and documents of leasing and selling
- Applicant should be fast in their work, have a good attitude, have teamwork skills, have written and verbal communication skills
