Hiring Female Office Admin (Filipino) required for a real estate brokerage company.

  • Office Hours: 10 am – 7 pm

Job Requirements & Responsibilities:

  • Applicant should have real estate admin experience in Dubai
  • Applicant should have excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Applicant should have perfect knowledge of property documents
  • Applicant should know how to use Tarakheesi System
  • Applicant should know all documentation procedures when leasing or selling a property
  • Applicant should know how to use the Dubai REST application
  • He/She should know how to draft and prepare MoU Form F, Sale & Rent Agreement, NOC and all other forms and documents related to property
  • Applicant should be familiar with property listing platforms which includes Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder and myCRM
  • Applicant should maintain and organize all records and documents of leasing and selling
  • Applicant should be fast in their work, have a good attitude, have teamwork skills, have written and verbal communication skills
