Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Off-Plan Team Leader with a strong network and an existing team to join our dynamic real estate firm in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in off-plan sales, leadership experience, and an in-depth understanding of the UAE real estate market.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of off-plan real estate agents to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers and investors.
- Provide ongoing training and support to the team to enhance performance.
- Monitor market trends and competition to stay ahead in the industry.
- Oversee the team’s daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Conduct regular meetings and performance reviews to track progress.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in off-plan sales in the UAE.
- Must have an existing team of agents specializing in off-plan sales.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven sales track record and extensive knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market.
- Established connections with developers and investors.
- Ability to motivate and drive the team toward achieving targets.
- RERA certification is a plus.
