Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Off-Plan Specialist to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, particularly in off-plan developments, and a proven track record of closing deals and exceeding targets.
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell off-plan real estate projects to investors and end-users
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, clients, and investors
- Understand and present project details, payment plans, floor plans, and investment benefits
- Conduct site visits, presentations, and property tours for clients
- Stay up to date with market trends, project launches, and developer inventory
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
- Maintain a client database and follow up on leads effectively
- Provide excellent after-sales service and build long-term client relationships
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales (off-plan experience preferred)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of the local real estate market and off-plan inventory
- Self-driven with a results-oriented approach
