F&C Properties is looking for an experienced Off-Plan Specialist.

• F & C Properties LLC is fastest growing Real Estate Company in Dubai. We are looking for an experienced Off-Plan specialist who can join our multinational team immediately.
• Applicants must have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Off-Plan in Real Estate Dubai.
• Good command of spoken and written English. Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
• To generate and increase client’s portfolio via networking and prospecting.
• Prepare a daily action plan and meet the targets in a timely manner.
• Be up to date with Real Estate market trends and be familiar with the current pricing for sale of a property in a specialist area.
• Cooperate with numbers of property network and develop database of prospective clients through developer’s agents, developer’s handover department agent, real estate agents, contractors, and other related channels.
• Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.

Must have:

• Driving License
• Own Car
