We are looking for a qualified and experienced Nurse Supervisor to join our Home Health Care team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must hold a valid DHA license and demonstrate strong leadership, training, and patient care skills aligned with UK-level quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support the nursing team to ensure high standards of care in a home healthcare setting
- Provide ongoing training and mentoring to nursing staff
- Effectively handle patient concerns, home care challenges, and staff coordination
- Maintain a professional, compassionate, and quality-driven approach to patient care
- Ensure care practices comply with both DHA regulations and international standards
Requirements:
