Description:

Urgent requirement for 5x Network Operation Center Engineers for Major IT Vendor to be based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of related experience
• Mid-level Linux knowledge: installation, configuration, troubleshooting, reading, and understanding logs of various services like Apache, Nginx, firewalls, and syslogs.
• Basic Windows server management including Active Directory, DNS and DHCP.
• Cloud knowledge: Compute, Database, Storage, Networking services, and security.
• Basic knowledge of scripting languages such as Bash and Python.
• Experience with monitoring and management tools such as Nagios, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Knowledge of network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Familiarity with network security concepts such as security firewall, VPN, and intrusion detection.
• Incident management process experience
• Customer facing experience is must
